Atascosa County Animal Control is a public service agency focused on fostering responsible pet ownership, enforcing animal-related laws, and ensuring the humane treatment of all animals. Atascosa County Animal Control (ACAC) has served the community since October 2018, working to protect the health, safety, and welfare of both animals and residents. Euthanasia, though difficult, is sometimes a nec
essary part of our responsibility to ensure humane care and public safety. We invite the community to get involved—adopt, foster, volunteer, donate, or help spread awareness. Together, we can make a difference for the animals of Atascosa County.
