Sent 50 new “Meat is ready” texts this afternoon - also sent 25 “last reminder texts”… (that means it was my third text on that ticket #!)

When you get a text that your meat is ready, PLEASE pick up in a timely manner - we’re a seasonal processor, not a locker plant - we can’t “hold” meat. Thank you!!🦌

Behind on posting photos.. this allergy junk won't leave me alone! Merry Christmas Eve, everyone!! 🎄❤️🙏 WE ARE CLOSING THE SHOP AT 11AM FOR CHRISTMAS EVE GATHERINGS, AND WE WILL BE CLOSED ALL DAY CHRISTMAS! Night Drop will be OPEN! We will resume regular hours on Thursday 8am-6pm.

I posted this during bow season, here’s what they told TJ about this buck: TJ - I finished measuring your larger buck today.
Congratulations you will be in the Boone and Crockett records.
The final score was 161 and 2/8. You need 160 to make the book. The total score was 176 and 2/8 with a gross score of 188 and 7/8.
I will measure your second buck tomorrow.
Can we meet Sunday...
I will need a copy of your Texas license,field photo, and a check for $40, that is the entry fee.
This should also qualify for Pope and Young and SCI.
