🥓🧇🥯 Meet the Breakfast Club! 🥯🧇🥓

Our kitten room was starting to feel a little too quiet... so we fixed that!

These five adorable breakfast-themed kittens are about 2 months old, so adorable and officially accepting applications for forever homes 🥰

Please meet:

🍞 Toast – adorable black female
🧁 Muffin – sweet grey girl
🥯 Bagel – tabby boy sporting fancy white socks
🥓 Bacon – tabby male in a blue collar
🧇 Waffle – tabby male rocking an orange collar.

Whether they’re wrestling, napping in a pile, or convincing visitors to stay “just five more minutes,” this crew is full of keepers!

Come meet the Breakfast Club and see who steals your heart (and probably your seat). 😂

We’re open Thursday–Sunday 10am–3pm.

⭐️ GEORGIA WAS ADOPTED! ⭐️

If you are a local in the Hi-Desert, there’s a very good chance you know Chris Ann Kallgren, Realtor in The Desert! One of our most colorful, kind, and unforgettable locals, Chris came to the shelter looking for a small dog. 🐶

Well...we had Georgia in our little dog area because she was kind of small. 😄 The moment Chris and Georgia locked eyes, that was it. 🌼

We couldn’t be happier for these two!

One of the best parts is running into Chris and Georgia around town, happily cruising through the Hi-Desert together.

Some matches are just meant to be 💛💛

Desert Friends and Beyond!

Our sweet Bobby came to us last week, and it's clear that shelter life just isn't for him. We don't blame him. Some dogs adjust and quietly wait for someone to notice them, but Bobby wears his heart on his sleeve.

He's incredibly sweet, gentle, and great with other dogs. He just doesn't like being alone. Bobby spent a month in a foster home and absolutely thrived there. He was happy, relaxed, and his true personality shined.

Bobby was found off Pipes Canyon in Pioneertown, and now he needs our community to help him again. If you or someone you know could foster this wonderful boy, it would mean the world to him. Even a temporary home would give him the comfort and love he's missing. 💔

He is about 43 pounds and a cattle dog mix. We are going to try to get him into Animal Action League on standby Friday morning to be neutered.

Please share this with all of your animal-loving friends. We don't want Bobby's heart to break any more than it already has. Let's help him get back to where he belongs—in a home, surrounded by people who care.

We all love him over at Joshua Tree No-Kill Shelter and just want him to feel safe and loved.
