I accidentally agreed to 27 visits today. Luckily, two canceled and my helper, Sarah, covered a couple, leaving me with 23. I’m exhausted, but everyone got cared for, my own yard got scooped, and my dogs got outside four times. Definitely earned my rest tonight!

I’ve brought on some summer help. They are working for way less than minimum wage but they are getting free room and board, utilities, and all meals provided. Their only real requirements are to get along, love on some dogs and cats, and occasionally identify some p**p that needs scooped.
