Dear Academy family ,

We have a new groomer. This means that this groomer comes with her own way of doing things as well as products she uses. She is not to be compared to the previous groomer. Nor does she have instructions for all the current grooming dogs we take care of. We are always there to help satisfy and help all our clients. Detailed instructions or pictures are always a great help for us to satisfy your grooming needs. Remi's K9 Academy has the utmost confidence in our new groomer.

I want to reassure all that the facility standards and care of your animals always come first. The facility has policies and procedures that some may not understand or agree with but those are put in place for the safety of the ones we already care for.

One of these policies is that a release is signed for any of our services. I have attached an example of the release that has been in effect since the facility opening.

New groomer in the facility. She is taking appointments Mon- Fri. Give us a call and we will get ya in the books.

Remi's new groomer will start the week of the 14th. We have openings for Thurs and Friday of that week. Please be advised we know there are a lot of people wanting to get in. We will do our best to get everyone and back on schedule as soon as we can.
