My mystery holdback for the year. This girl was produced from a Banana Cinnamon to an Enchi Pastel. The genetic math isn't mathing on this one. Gonna be a keeper for sure!

I've been silent on social media but NOT with the business. This year, I produced over 250 babies! Glad I planned ahead last year with the ARS mini 130. Still need more tubs! Holdback Colubrids are up top. In the end, I kept back nine scaleless corns (Amel, anery, hypo), and 6 palmetto corns (Amel, snow, anery). Gonna be fun!

Not the most interesting picture but a significantly important one! It's -5°F here in SW Missouri, but my rodents (several thousand) wouldn't know! I built their facility with a minimum of R19 in the walls and a ceiling of R70 in preparation for the coming climate variability. Their HVAC is not stressing, and a backup system is on standby. Stress free rodents are the best rodents! Any time you buy rodents, you should have your potential supplier do a video walk-through so that you can confirm the quality! If they are super cheap, it's likely for a reason.

Our last few clutches are hatching for the season! Striped California kingsnakes with a fun bonus: a few albinos popped out! We didn't know the parents were het albino! We had some holdback hets from another project but this gets us ahead by 2 years on the albino striped project!

Our last investment project for the year because we are literally out of cage space. This is a female pied (het lavender albino) and a male lavender champagne het pied. Hoping for dreamsicle combos this year! Not pictured are the 3 others in this breeding project but you get the idea!

The 2nd to last investment project we have put into for the year. This is our new adult scaleless corn snake who is also triple het for albino, anery, and hypo! He will meet several het scaleless ladies next year all with their own mixed hets!

A big business investment! Complete upgrades to the remaining rodent facility. We have ~800 sq ft of rodent space but based on local demand, we needed to increase the efficiency of our production and these ARS racks will do just that!!

Two of our three Sulcata tortoises enjoying some Timothy hay! We have had these for about 18 years now and while they are amazing animals, we do not breed them. They may be readily available in the pet hobby but they are a lot of long-term work!

Our hatchling Brooks kings! These come from a BhB line. Parents are anerthristic x normal so I'll be keeping a few hets back!
