Polaris Farm A family farm owned by Mark and Kathy Hollar. Our farm has grass fed and finished cattle and sheep. We sell delicious and highly nutritious beef and lamb.

Polaris Farm is a second generation farm located in the heart of the Yadkin Valley at 3348 Woodruff Road, Jonesville, North Carolina. We are Mark and Kathy Hollar, along with our daughter, son-in-law, granddaughters and grandson; and we welcome you to our farm. 2026 Easter Sunday. This little feller is the only survivor of triplets born yesterday. The momma nursed this one for a few hours and then passed away. So we got bottle baby to try to keep alive.
