First and foremost, we'd like to thank everyone that came out yesterday and supported our first UKC C**nhounds event. We had 11 dogs in the Bench Show, 11 dogs in the Field Trial, and 17 dogs in our double header Nite Hunt. That made for 39 total entries on the day. Again, none of which would be possible without the support from everyone that made the drive to the club.
Two registered casts and two champion casts hit the woods for the early round of our double header Nite Hunt. Unfortunately, no c**n were scored....
Late round we had one registered cast and one champion cast. C**n were moving! The registered cast saw 5 c**n and scored 3. Ray Shaffer's Hickory Ridge Redneck Roxann handled by Matt Beam won her cast and 1st place overall with a score of 225+.
We will be scheduling dates in the coming weeks for our Summer and Fall events. Hope to see you all again at Big Boar!
