📱 Phone Service & Holiday Photo Update 🎃

Hey everyone! We wanted to apologize for the recent phone service issues — if you’ve had trouble reaching us or haven’t heard back, that’s why! We truly appreciate your patience while we get everything sorted out.

Also, it’s been brought to our attention that some of the holiday pictures didn’t go through when we first sent them out. We’ll be resending all photos today, so please keep an eye on your messages! If you still have not received your holiday photo by end if day today PLEASE give us a call so we can use an alternative method to get it to you!

We truly hate to make a post like this, we will absolutely do everything we can to work with your schedule but when appointments are missed or canceled last minute, it doesn’t just leave an empty spot — it hurts our business financially and cuts into our employees’ paychecks.

If you can’t make it, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated no-shows will result in losing booking privileges. Automated text reminders are sent out day prior to appointments and we also call to confirm - please respond so we can plan appropriately!

We love caring for your pups, but we need your cooperation to keep our doors open and our staff supported. 💛
