Good evening! ❤️ I wanted to update all of our amazing clients on a few changes in the shop. We have started charging a minimum of $100 for large severely matted grooms, and an X-large severely matted groom will be charged up to $150 for the groom. For small to medium pets, we will charge an extra $10 to $15 for severe matting. If we have to use a flea shampoo or medicated shampoo on your pup, it will cost an extra $5 for small pups, $10 for medium pups, and $15 for large to X-large pups. We will also be making a small change when you pay at pickup or drop-off: your form of payment will be paid to the groomer directly who has provided the services to you. I know changes can be confusing, but we will try to make this as easy as possible until everyone gets used to the changes. We love all of our sweet pups and clients! We appreciate everyone's support and loyalty. Also, don't forget we've moved to the new address: 105 Bamburg Street, Jonesboro.

We are making progress with our relocation to 105 Bamburg Street, Jonesboro. Our anticipated move-in date is March 1st. Our phone number, 318-475-2134, will not change. I would like to express my gratitude for everyone's patience and understanding during this time. Given the smaller size of our new building, we will be limiting our daily appointments to 10 grooms daily . This change will allow us to prioritize quality grooming services and reduce wait times. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to serving you in our new location.
