🐾 A Friendly Reminder for Our Pet Parents 🐾

Please make sure your pup has a chance to go potty before dropping them off for their grooming appointment.

For safety reasons, we do not take dogs outside to potty during their stay. From the time you drop your pup off until you pick them up, they will remain indoors. Once their groom is finished, they are safely placed in a kennel until you arrive, and we'll send you a text as soon as they're ready.

We kindly ask that you pick your pup up as soon as possible after receiving the "ready for pickup" text. We work hard to get every pup groomed as quickly and safely as possible so they can get back home to their families. We completely understand that some pet parents aren't able to leave work early, and we understand that not everyone has that flexibility. However, if you're able to make other pickup arrangements, we would greatly appreciate it.

We also ask that you please do not arrive before you receive our "ready for pickup" text. Most of the time, we are still actively grooming your pup. If they see or hear you before we're finished, they often become very excited, start jumping or moving around, and that can create a dangerous situation for both your pup and the groomer.

If you'd like to check on your pup, please feel free to send us a quick text. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Sometimes it may take us a little while to respond because we're busy grooming other pups, but we'll reply as soon as we have a safe moment.

🐾 Client Update 🐾

We're so sorry, but we will no longer be carrying hypoallergenic or medicated shampoos.

The reason for this change is that most of our clients who prefer hypoallergenic or medicated shampoos already bring the specific shampoo they use at home or the medicated shampoo recommended by their veterinarian.

If your pup uses a special shampoo, please feel free to bring it with you to your appointment, and we'll be happy to use it during their groom.

We will continue to provide our regular shampoos and conditioners, including our popular Clean 'n Fresh shampoo and conditioner, as well as our flea and tick shampoo.
