My sweet Wendy.. you were such a good girl! Always happy to see me and always enjoyed your bath and our time together. My heart sank when I was grooming you and felt those perfectly round lumps on your neck.. one on either side. I tried to think positively and told your sweet Mom she needed to get you to the vet. Wendy had Lymphoma. The Veterinarian gave her treatments but it just didn't help and months later you were gone. At least I got to see you a couple more times before you headed to the best place you could ever head.. the Rainbow Bridge.. I know all my babies were there to help you over. Fly high and fly free my Dear. One day we'll all meet again. 😞😞😞😞 Until then you are in my heart.. and I miss you.

My friend Kristie told me her baby Kujo went to heaven this morning. He had been very sick but she nursed him back to health.. he was doing so well! I will miss you so much Kujo! You were the best! Mom did so much for you.. God Bless you.. I know my Jassmin and Sadie, Artie and Oostee were there to help you cross over the bridge. Fly high and fly free little one. I will miss you so much! 😭😭😭😭

Welcome to the Loving Touch Family Josie! I have another wonderful story to share! This is Josie. Her Mom and Dad adopted her. She was a rescue from the flood waters of Kentucky. When I walked in the door Josie and I bonded instantly! She came running to me as if she'd known me all her life! She's about 40 pounds of unstoppable love and before I knew it she was in my lap like a little puppy! Her Mom and Dad were very nice people who really love their baby and was so happy to have found an experienced, educated, loving Groomer. They told me Josie was very afraid of water because of what she'd been thru. (Can you blame her?) I reassured them everything would be fine and that I don't believe in stressing Dogs and we will take one step at a time and see how it goes. Well Josie came out to the Trailor with me and I got her on the table. She was terrified. I decided to give her a little Doggie CBD and then do a relaxing mini message while directing my positive energy towards her and telling her that everything is going to be ok! The soothing, warm water, gently rubbing her paw pads, the massage, the gentle blow dryer and gentle brushing and deshedding is going to be so relaxing! She started feeling more at ease.I got her in the tub and she was slightly stressed but nothing like when she first came in. At the end of the groom she was relaxed and happy and was giving me kisses!! Another happy success story! Mom and Dad were ecstatic! The next day they had a lot of company and everyone was oohing and ahhing at how beautiful she looked as she pranced around knowing she looked and smelled beautiful! It all gives me such a warm feeling that I have gained another Dogs trust! Love you and your Mom and Dad Josie! See you all in a couple months!🥰

There is a story behind this photo. I have been grooming Cujo and his brothers and sisters for years. Over the years some have passed away.. I miss them all so much.This year Cujo got diagnosed with Cushings disease and in July had a crisis where he could not stand, eat, drink and lost his sight. His Vet said there was nothing more they could do and suggested Mom should put him down. Everyone in the family agreed but Mom. She wanted to give him a chance to bounce back. She nurtured him.. fed him.. exercised his weak little legs.. had special texturized carpet on her floor so when he did start walking again it would be easier.. (and he did walk again). It truly is a miracle that he is standing here having his first soothing, warm bath since this has all happened. I must say he enjoyed the warm, sudsy water, the nice heated room he was in, soft music playing,the gentle massage and facial, the gentle brushing and the mini massage. Even tho he has lost much of his sight I still see appreciation and a happiness in his eyes. With pride he stood thru all of it even tho I told him he could sit if he wanted to. 😀 Maybe it was his way of telling me he is not done here in his life.. whichever it is.. he is a tenacious, strong Dog.. and I'm so proud and happy that he has come this far and that I have witnessed it. Big Dogs need TLC too! If you want your big Dog groomed they must meet my requirements.. they need to be very well mannered and be able to follow commands. They also cannot be aggressive or have a bite record. Shots up to date of course. There are some large breeds I won't groom but if you are interested drop me a text and ask..
