Where am I located and where am I able to travel?
-I am located in the small town of Johnstown New York and am available to travel 15 to 30 minutes from this location.
Example of neighboring towns:
-Gloversville NY
-Amsterdam NY
Can I care for any other animals except for dogs?
-While my experience with other animals can be limited, I would be willing to pet sit for a cat or Turtle/tortoise. I have had many experiences with cats in my lifetime, and I currently own a Yellow-Bellied Slider Turtle who is now 22 years old.
What experience do I have?
-I currently own four dogs who are all rescues from the James Brennan Humane Society and have grown up with them all my life. Currently I am attending Suny Cobleskill to get my associate's degree in animal Industry. Finally In previous employment I used to work at a dog day care and hotel called Bark and Stay.
How long does my dog walking service last?
-This depends on the size and energy level of the dog, the options I offer are 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minute time slots.
What are my price ranges?
-Pet Sitting: For this service my prices range from $45.00 to $75.00 per night depending on the dog's needs and travel range. (For example, if the dog/animal is disabled and needs extra care the price may be closer to the $75.00 placement, pricing will be discussed before scheduling is placed.)
-Dog walking: For this service, the pricing is $15.00 for every 15 minutes. (For example, a 45 minute walk would cost $45.00 and a 60 minute would cost $60.00.)
What is my cancellation or rescheduling policy?
-Pet sitting Cancellation policy: A cancellation should be made 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled time. Anything after will have a fee, which will be half of the agreed price. (Example: If the agreed price is $45.00, the Cancellation fee would be $22.50.)
-Pet sitting Rescheduling Policy: For pet sitting, if needed to reschedule it must be done 1 week in advance or it will have to become a cancellation.
-Dog walking Cancellation policy: A cancellation should be 3 days in advance of the scheduled time. Anything after has a $12 cancellation fee.
-Dog walking Rescheduling Policy: For dog walking, if needed to reschedule it must be done 5 days in advance or it will become a cancellation.
