This will be sent to all our clients individually but wanted to also note it here as well. With the continued growth of our business, we’re moving to a new scheduling system to better manage our routes (hopefully) starting next week. It will include a new automated 'On My Way' alert that will come from a ‘short number’ that’s different from our current phone number. When you receive it the first time, please save it so you know it’s us and not spam. We may still text or call from the business line - that number will not change. Everything else with your service will stay the same. There will also be a client portal with some cool features (like yard stats, option to add/change services, etc.) that we'll roll out as soon as we get it all tweaked. That’s if you want to participate - it’s not required. More to come on that later! As always, thank you for your business!
