Our Story

My name is Beth Trent and this is my poodle, Lexi. I opened up Grooming Tails Pet Spa. Just like a lot of you, I wanted a clean, safe, and caring place to take my dog when she needed to be groomed. To me, she is not just a dog -- she is my best friend. My groomer cousin, Neesha Wagner, moved away and I had a hard time trying to find a place that I trusted to groom her. The place I took her to did a good job but she was the first one there at 7:30 am and would always be the last one ready at the end of the day at 6 pm. To me, that was not acceptable because it made her very nervous. When my cousin moved back, I gave up my job and we opened up Grooming Tails Pet Spa. I am here every day with Lexi and she loves coming to work. I am also here to watch over your fur babies as if they were my own. Every one of our groomers and bathers have fur babies of their own and want nothing more than to provide your dog with the best care and make sure that their time spent being groomed is not a stressful experience. Are we perfect? No, we are not. We have had a few nips here and there because we are only human, but as any groom shop can tell you, sometimes it's difficult to groom a moving object. Any time of the day, you are more than welcome to come in and check us out. I highly recommend checking out all grooming facilities before you choose one.
