With great sadness I bring you news on the sudden and unexpected loss of Brody. 😭Brody & Roxy began coming to Silversmith in the recent past 6 months or so. Brody was a wonderfully fun boy who loved to run and play with his little partner Roxy. Roxy is a spitfire who was most definitely the boss girl. We will miss watching their athletic antics. Rest in Peace Brody. We will greatly miss you and pray for peace for your mom and dad and little Roxy.

More sad news. RIP Fitz the Greyhound. If you have ever seen a Greyhound run sprints, you know how fast and powerful they are. Fitz loved doing his version of the zoomies at top speed. He then preferred to lay at your feet and enjoy the sunshine. He was a good old boy. We'll miss you Fitz. 💔

I am sad to report we lost 2 more of our beloved dog friends (from different families) these past 2 weeks! Rest in Peace, Carson the Great Dane and Sophie Charlotte, the Boykin Spaniel. Carson was a free spirit who enjoyed his time wading in the pond and hanging out with his 2 dogs friends Wookie (RIP) and Pitot. Sophie Charlotte always, always had a big grin on her face. She loved life, and for an old gal put a lot of time going round and round the pond hunting, sniffing and enjoying the sunshine. We will greatly miss them both! Our thoughts and prayers go out to their families.

This is my friend Eva! When she first started coming to Silversmith a few months ago, she was anxious and fearful. She wasn't enjoying herself. 😥 But through time, lots of patience, and not forcing ourselves on her, all her body language signs of anxiety began to disappear. 👍 I must tell you, now she is soooo very excited to be here and tear around the pond, splash big time in the water 💧. And come back to sit at my feet and decompress. She is a wonderful girl. ❤ 🐾
