This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated equestrian professional with strong leadership, organizational, and operational management experience to join a respected and professionally operated program.
Qualified candidates should have:
✔ Extensive barn management experience
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Experience managing staff, inventory, and facility operations
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and digital barn management systems
✔ A high standard of professionalism, accountability, and horse care oversight
