To the lady at the airport who pulled her child away from my dog...

His name is Atlas. He’s a retired K9 who spent years working alongside U.S. service members overseas, trained to detect danger long before it reached innocent people. That damaged ear? Awe... 😘😘😘 "Manny". This is the first time he has slept here on his cushion. He loves the catnip I put on it. My plan is to get a little cat house for him so he will always have a safe place to sleep 😎

I love this shot of Midas...he is SO chill. He still an older boy than My ses and tells him how it's. Moses listens. 😂😂😂 The first time we met Midas and I described to my niece was like it was Sergeant Carter and Gomer Pyle. Midas was chewing Moses ear off, like that scene in one of the episodes. Sergeant Carter is stomping along beside Gomer, just yelling in his ear! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Too funny! Now that they are more acquainted, he doesn't have to "say" as much. Moses is actually such a passive, polite boy. He has realized Midas is a wee bit gimpy and has toned his desire to romp. He just follows Midas around now, as if it mak sure he's ok. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Dogs!

This is Polly ❣️ Her and her bestie, Shelly.
I had gotten them for a lady that I was trying to help. She got to a point she could no longer care for them about 6 months ago. Poor little critters, they are sooo timid naturally. Probably been in and out of 'fosylter care' if you know what I mean. Well, she actually let me pick her up tonight❣️❣️❣️Didn't have to chase her, which I don't like to do. 😂😂She's curled up behind my butt, hiding, in my purple fuzzy robe. ❤️ Look out Shelly.....I'm co.in' for you😂😂❣️🥰

Oh my goodness! This is Manny, our neighborhood ferrel cat. He was sleeping under that group of parlor palm. He is deaf. He was sleeping so hardthat when I brushed his foot, he didn't wake up 😢 until the 3rd time! Then it startled him of course. Gees my heart skipped. I felt bad about scaring him but, if he were hurt I would take him to the vet. I want to maybe get a little cat house built and put somewhere maybe where he'll sleep and feel safe all the time. He was all good when he got a whiff of the fresh cooked chicken, chopped to perfection, because he needs dentures. ❤️

They truly do love us!

MRI studies have revealed something amazing about dogs. Their love for their owners goes beyond food, toys, or even other dogs. Scientists discovered that when a dog smells its owner, a special part of its brain actually lights up more than it does when the dog smells food or another animal.

This part of the brain, called the caudate nucleus, is connected to feelings of love and reward. The reaction is so strong that it shows dogs aren’t just recognizing a familiar scent, they’re feeling joy and affection.

It proves that when our dogs look at us or come running to greet us, it’s not just habit. Deep inside their brains, they truly love us, in a way that’s powerful and real.

Moses met a new friend Saturday. Ruby, is a Weimaraner. She is 9 months old and faster than Moses! She's a great dog! Kept slippi g into tge pool but didny let it bother her too much. 😂😂 The little sweetheart, KavaPoo, Leah was Moses first friend when I brougjt him home. Shauna Lee Schroeder! It was a lovey afternoon filled with dogs and friends.
