We truly appreciate your partnership in helping us deliver the best possible care for your pets. To continue providing thorough, high-quality veterinary care while respecting everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you schedule appointments in advance.

We intentionally build flexibility into our schedule for same-day sick visits and always accommodate true emergencies (such as critical trauma cases). By seeing patients by appointment, we ensure we have ample time for proper examinations and treatments without rushing, while keeping wait times to a minimum for all clients.

Walk-in visits disrupt this balance, which can lead to longer waits for scheduled appointments and compromise the quality of care. Clients who walk in will be asked to wait until all scheduled patients are seen and an exam room becomes available. If the waiting room is full, you may be asked to wait outside until space is ready.

We recently made a similar change with prescription refills, and most of you adapted beautifully, making the process smoother for everyone. We’re confident this appointment policy will have the same positive results.
