Clark County Spay/Neuter Voucher Program is designed to make responsible pet ownership more accessible for Clark County residents. Our vouchers provide a $50 discount on spay/neuter surgeries and are valid for 30 days. Moki (foreground) would like to remind you...Gracie (background) is adoptable through the Jeffersonville Animal Shelter—and she’s more than ready to find her forever!
When asked about her foster sister, Moki said:
“She’s a lot of fun. I like her. She treats me like a big sister and follows my lead—which, let’s be honest, is exactly how it should be. But between you and me? I could do without the constant ‘who has the cutest ears’ commentary. I mean… I’m not saying I’d win. I’m just not saying I wouldn’t.” 😏
Gracie is 8 months old, 36 pounds, and ALL heart. She’s sweet, social, playful, and incredibly dog-friendly. She's smart, water-obsessed, and adores having other dogs around—just look at her lounging with Moki like a pro.
Let’s find her a soft couch, a splash zone, and a forever family who loves her silly ears as much as we do. 🐾
📸 Quick facts about Gracie:
✅ 8 months old, ~36 lbs
✅ Will be spayed before adoption
✅ Up-to-date on vaccines
✅ Very dog-social — great with my dogs
✅ High energy — would thrive with walks, games, or a playful pup pal
✅ Knows “sit,” “no,” and “come here”
🧠 Learns quickly — very bright
🦴 Crate: Whines and paws but settles and is non-destructive
🦮 Leash: Easy to walk — may pull a little but is easily corrected
👋 Strangers: A little shy at first, but warms up fast with gentleness and treats
🚽 House training: About 90% there. Sleeps through the night. Might have an accident if left unsupervised.
🐱 Cats: Hasn’t chased a single one of the four cats here. May try to play in a cat-only home—but she’s definitely NOT a cat-assassin.
👶 Kids: Not tested yet, but seems like she’d love them — got kids? Let’s meet and see!
🍽️ Food: Being fed separately here — I recommend continuing that structure
👀 Velcro tendencies: Prefers to be wherever you are
💖 Disposition: Sweet, smart, gentle, joyful
