Not much action today at the shelter, so a couple fabulous felines got some time out😉 Dewey thought he'd man the desk, while Matilda took over the bench like the queen she is😜Dewey is our fun loving, outgoing, dog loving cat. Matilda is just a joy. She is more on the reserved side and not a huge fan of other cats, but she is sweet as can be, very playful and a snuggler. Part of Matilda's adoption fee has been sponsored, so her adoption fee has been reduced to $50 😻

This cat is not at the shelter, but his owner is wanting to find a new home for him, as he doesn't have time to care for him properly. Owner reports he is around 4 years old and "His Name is Chillón, because he likes to meow a lot. He is very friendly, but he can also easily get annoyed if he is messed with. As long as you respect him he will respect you. He likes to hangout around my neck or on top of my shoulders. I have never had him around dogs, but I believe him to be curious if other animals." Let us know if you are interested, and we will put you in contact with owner.

FYI - if anyone has plastic grocery sacks, we are running low and could use some! Thank you in advance 😁 They can be dropped off during open hours on Saturdays from noon to 3pm, or from 5 - 6pm, M - F.
