As of Thanksgiving I will be able to stay on Property in Jefferson/Como during the day & overnight with climate controlled shelter. Just in time for Ski Season in Breck & Keystone as well as the upcoming Holidays.

I've also adjusted my rates...$100 per day {24 hours}, OR an hour of 'income' per day if you make less than $100/hr {show me a paycheck stub}.
Preexisting 'Loyal Pet Parents' your rates will remain the same. That was my promise to you & I keep My Promises.

Day Care is $50 from 6am until 6pm. $10 per hour after that.

This is based on what I've had to pay individuals Hourly to have 'work' done for me over the last year...and being laughed at by the Locals for what I could afford to pay. I have 50 years of Experience with Animal care, including Veterinary Care Experience, along with Nutritional Education...and like everyone else around me I want compensation that equals My Expertise...

An UPDATE for anyone interested...I've gone down the Rabbit hole of Propane Heat...Last plumbing Tech said it isn't legal because of 'Code' Qualifications of Sheds. All anyone else said was my property is out of their Service Area. AND I've seen posted She Sheds with propane 'heat'. WTH?
I'm back to the Solar/Wind solution...and I can't wait for construction any longer...I have to get furnishings in designated areas so I can Function & Focus on My "JOB"...Caring for Dogs.

It took two days but I fixed the video issues by creating a New Version.
This will be my 10th Winter here in CO...I want it to Be my first out on My Property sleeping in My Cozy little Bed with Pups secured for the night just across the yard in their own cozy little beds.

For 5 years I've not given up on seeing this through. No matter what obstacles I've faced {and for anyone following the Saga...there's been MANY} I have continued to Move Forward with "My American Dream".

My Spirit is Weary, My Heart is Weary, My Mind is Weary, My Body is Weary...That's the TRUTH...
Kind Words can't/won't 'fix' or 'help' the situation I'm facing; that isn't the reason I share. I need a Living Breathing Helper who can Commit TIME...Nothing Else.

That was the America I knew as a Child...and then I watched everything go upside down by the 1990's...We the People Went Numb & Dumb under the Social Programming of the 2000's.
NOW an Idiot of the Highest Degree has taken over the Capital...And NO One is Firing HIM...It is an 'Office' To Be HELD BY a "Representative" of The Collective Whole...Hired & Fired By the "People"...So WHY is He still in that Office?????

The latest plot twist of the Never Ending Drama that is My Normal. Staring "Me" narrated from "My" perspective as the Human making the Choices because I CAN. Accepting the Consequences AKA 'Adulting', Behaving as a Professional, Self Ownership, or Self Disciplined. Still choosing to listen to My Heart as well as My Brain.

It won't be happening...Once again I had HOPE but it required trusting another human to Follow Through...After being told I had help for at least two weeks...I received a text after spending yet another morning gathering what was needed to set up HEATERS...that my helper's mom was dying & he had to leave immediately.

I want to believe it's legit but experience tells me I won't be seeing him again...I REALLY want to be Wrong.

This much I have Learned as Truth. "Flakes will Flake because it is their Nature.
IOW 'Authentic' Personality Wins Unless they have been "SELF" Disciplined.

I Am Living Proof of this, and so is Every Other Human walking this planet. It is NOT My Place to Judge anyone, or Please everyone. "To thine Own Self Be True."..."Honor & Integrity are Virtues".
I can Encourage, Hope to Inspire, & Lead By Example whether I Am Followed or NOT.
I choose the 'Company' I keep & that is OKAY... I choose My Boundaries for My Well Being & that is OKAY. Everyone has the same Human Right whether they can Enforce/Express "IT" or NOT.
"IT" is My Journey..."IT" is their Journey...Actions [choices] have Consequences. Lessons are a Part of the Journey...Lessons can be learned through Observation or Experience.

For the 'Right' Person this is a Weekend Project [for two right people an afternoon], and $600 for Labor is a reasonable compensation even IF split between two...Because any healthy, intelligent, 15 year old with minimal Construction experience [Forts or Tree Houses] can do this project. Perfection is NOT required, Functionality is.
I have the power tools on site...including a Miter saw. I will have a compressor for nail gun once I have a commitment.

I need a South facing 'lean to' storage closet/tool shed...Attached to an elevated preexisting shed wall at Ground level with up to an 18" variant, 4ft out.

Using the Existing Repurposed Materials already on site...Including a 'closet' door {28"??}...I'll take care of weather proofing the exterior.

Everything but the actual 'roofing'. The Plywood & Tyvek will have to cover the top through winter.

This is WHY I never have more pups than can fit into the back of my vehicle...WHY I have multiple 'gates' & exits from my property...WHY I'm not in a highly populated community...WHY I have a fire proof box for Owners Release & Pet Profile papers, not just a file cabinet.
