Barks and Bubbles Salon Policy
We operate on an appointment only basis. The only acception is for walk-in nail trims that can be done any time before 4:00 pm. We're open 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. If you aren't here to pick your pet up by 5:00 pm you will be cha
rged an after hours fee of $15.00. We make every effort to get your pet back to you as soon as possible, but please understand we are dealing with live animals who can be scared or un-cooperative. There are times we need to take extra time to work through the grooming process on individual pets. If you need your pet back at a certain time or have a special needs fur-baby please inform us when you book your appointment so we can plan accordingly. Please be aware it could take up to 6 hours if we are extremely busy. We do require proof of current Rabies vaccinations and will need to see a current rabies certificate or tag on your first visit. For the safety of all the pets please do not bring your pet in if they or you have any signs of illness. Cancellations-If for any reason you can't keep your scheduled appointment please call 24 hours in advance. We only have a limited amount of space each day for appointments and may have others that would like to come in. Matted Pets-Brushing and combing is an essential part of pet grooming and care. It is extremely painful to comb out matting. If your pet is extremely matted WE WILL NOT BRUSH THEM OUT! However if it's lightly matted and can be brushed out without causing discomfort to your pet we will do so for an extra charge. We will inform you if shaving them is neccessary.
