Yall, this sh*t is sooo good, and I totally winged the recipe! 😅

There is something really powerful about growing and then cooking with your own foods and ingredients. It's been alot of trial and error but so worth it. Haven't felt this proud of myself in a long time. 10/10 👏😎

Found not one...but TWO young opposums sleeping in the chicken coop this evening. They helped themselves to my eggs and were passed out in the nestboxes. Clearly they still have some learning to do.

FUN FACT! Did you know opposums are the only marsupial species found in North America, and they have opposable big toes on their hind feet!? Now you know!

We put them in buckets and relocated them to a much safer area. Good luck you silly little rascals! 😆❤️
