Meet Bella! 👋🏻

Bella was originally raised in Ferdinand until she moved to Jasper at just 6 years old. When she’s not cuddling your furry family member, she is enjoying her time playing soccer, hiking, and hanging out with her friends.
When Bella was asked what her favorite part about working at Downtown Dog, she said “I love seeing how dogs open up to us and the other dogs. It’s really cute to see how they make friends with one another. They all have such different personalities.”
Bella’s future plans are to pursue a Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Social Work and become a licensed child psychologist. 🐾

Meet Elyse!

Elyse resides here in the heart of Jasper. When she’s not caring for the pups, she enjoys swimming, dancing, going camping and she even fosters kittens from the Dubois County Humane Society. When asked what her favorite part of being apart of the Downtown Dog pack she said “getting to meet all the new dogs and forming relationships with them. Also getting to work with good people who share a love for animals like me.” Elyse strives to become a Dolphin Specialist and to work with different types of marine life! 🐬 🐾

He enjoys having a freshly cleaned kennel & his meals served to him in a silver bowl (much fancier than on a silver platter 😉).
Though he is embarrassed to say— he also is looking for someone to clean up his 💩.

Reece is a lifelong resident of Jasper with a love for music and drawing. Reece’s favorite part of the job is spending time with all the amazing and sweet dogs that visit each day. Looking ahead, Reece aspires to open a dog grooming business and continue building a career dedicated to animal care. 🐶🐾

We couldn’t let the day go by without posting about our boy Murphy! Murphy has been loyal friend of ours over the years and today was his 500th (you read that correctly!) reservation with us! ✨5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣✨He loves to chase a ball and his favorite snack is hotdogs 🌭. We sure love this guy and are so thankful for him and his momma! Thank you for continually trusting us each day with him and for being a part of our Downtown Dog family!! ❤️
