It was a marvelous o day at the Merry Groomer!
How can this be the last full week of June?!?
Our day began with Miss Jessie. She is an amazing girl! Love her!
The girls: Miss Juno and MissMolly got their nail trims. They both did great! Miss Sadie joins us for her bath and nail trim. Miss Millie is next. She is such a lovable gal! Mr. Hunter joins us for his groom. It is so great every time we get to see him again! Miss Lucy gets a spa day. She is a very laid back girl. Mr. Lambeau joins us. He is a lovable older gentleman. Miss Lexi wraps the day up with her groom. She is a pro at her visits and is completely calm the whole way through. She knows we love her! Enjoy the pics!

Violet is a bouncy ball of love, curls, and smiles! After being found as a stray and receiving a much-needed spa day to remove her mats, she quickly showed what a resilient and happy girl she is. Violet settled into her Wisconsin foster home immediately and now enjoys life with multiple adult humans and dogs of all sizes.

She walks nicely on a leash, loves exploring the backyard, and enjoys car rides, treats, and time outdoors. Violet has a playful side and can often be found carrying around her favorite stuffed toys, but snuggling is truly her specialty. Whether curling up in a cozy nap spot or cuddling close to her people at bedtime, she loves being part of the family.

Violet will happily sleep in a kennel but would much rather be snuggled up nearby. She'll need regular grooming to keep her beautiful poodle coat looking its best. It was a fantastic Friday at The Merry Groomer!
The day began with Mr. Danny! He is such a sweet boy! Mr. Gus joins us for his groom. He is an adorable boy! Mr. Burt gets his spa day. Soon he was off to enjoy his Father’s Day weekend! It’s Dash is next. She is a little cutie! Miss Lulu gets her groom. She is a beauty, with very striking eyes! Mr. Benji gets his visit in. We trimmed him down a bit for the warm weather. He is a very good boy! The dynamic duo: Mr. Ollie, and Miss Mia get their warm weather grooms. They are a lovable duo! Enjoy the pics!

🐾 Meet Chance 🐾

Former Ridglan Farms beagle. Current sock thief. Future best friend. 💙

Chance is an adult beagle fostered in Stoughton, WI who is learning what it means to be loved, safe, and part of a family. After everything he's been through, he's ready to leave his past behind and focus on the good life.

His favorite hobbies include:
🧦 Stealing socks and clothes from the hamper
💋 Giving kisses
🐶 Hanging out with dog friends
🥩 Earning freeze-dried treats
👀 Pretending he's not watching you (he absolutely is)

Like many Ridglan beagles, Chance missed out on early socialization and is still building confidence. Loud noises, fast movements, and big moving objects can make him nervous, but with patience and reassurance, he's making wonderful progress.

He's a classic beagle in all the best ways—food motivated, curious, affectionate, and not afraid to remind you if dinner service is running late. His foster family reports that he's always excited when his people come home and would much rather be with you than left alone.

Chance would thrive in a calm home with a confident dog sibling. He learns from other dogs and enjoys their companionship, though he's still figuring out dog social skills and needs canine friends who are patient and forgiving.

Chance is neutered, fully vetted, and doing well on a raw diet that helps keep his tummy happy. Because of his Ridglan background, he'll need Benadryl before and after future vaccines as a precaution.

This sweet boy has already overcome so much. Now all he needs is a family willing to help him continue learning that the world can be a safe, wonderful place.

And maybe a family willing to keep their socks picked up. 🧦❤️

It was a thrilling Thursday at The Merry Groomer!
The day begins with Miss Maggie’s groom. She is happiest when it is over. lol. Miss Zoe gets her spa day. She is the sweetest girl! Miss Sadie Mae stops in. She is a striking girl, and has a sweet disposition. Miss Riley gets her first groom from Dan. She is a pro at being groomed, so things went very smoothly. Mr. Zeus is next. He is a very special boy. He has been having some health issues lately, so we hope for better days ahead for him!
Mr. Ollie is next. He is such a cute boy! Miss Emmy gets her summer cut. She is all set for summer, so let’s bring it on! Miss Liberty Belle gets her spa day. She is a lovely lady! The three Amigos: Mr. Rogue one, Mr. Jedi, and MissMary wrap the day up with their grooms. They all did great and left looking and feeling great! Enjoy the pics!

It was a wonderful Wednesday at The Merry Groomer!
The day began with Mr. Sheldon Cooper! He is a lovable boy!
Miss Mindy joins us for her groom. She is a very sweet older lady. The dynamic duo: Mr. Max and Mr. Puda. Love these boys! Miss Silla stops in for a quick nail trim. She did great! Mr. Moose gets his nails trimmed. So great to see this boy! Mr. Dusty is next. He is a cutey! Miss Bugley gets her groom. She is all set for the events approaching in the next few weeks. The three Amigos: Reine, Julio and Bebe wrap the day up with their grooms. Each is so awesome! You can’t help but smile when you see them.
