JBKC Fast CAT returns August 1–2 and pre-entries open Wednesday, June 3 at 6PM. The premium is now available on our website.

This is one of our most popular events of the year and entries typically fill very quickly, so we encourage everyone to plan ahead and get entries in early.

We’re proud to host a fun, organized event with an incredible group of volunteers, a great atmosphere, and some very fast dogs. Whether you’re chasing titles, personal bests, or just want to watch your dog have the time of their life, we’d love to see you there.

A lot of people haven’t heard of the AKC Temperament Test (ATT), but it’s a really fun opportunity to learn more about your dog’s confidence, stability, and recovery skills while earning an AKC title.

The ATT is designed to evaluate how dogs respond to a variety of everyday stimuli and situations, highlighting traits like emotional stability, cooperation, inquisitiveness, and appropriate social behavior in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Our Bombproof class at JBKC is a great way to help prepare your dog for the different sights, sounds, and surprises they may encounter during the test.

Drop-In Novice and Intermediate Obedience Class resumes tonight at 6:00 pm. $5 members, $10 non-members.
Why go to Obedience Class? Isn't it boring to do obedience? It's only as boring as you make it. You are not just going for a walk around the ring, you are working on teamwork. Need better attention in Rally? Trying to pass the CGC Test? No start-line stays in agility? Your dog is not paying attention to you? Obedience is the answer! Bring some delicious treats the dog doesn't get, a 6-foot leash and a proper collar-Martingale, flat buckle, etc. Start working on your TEAMWORK tonight!
