Wonderful news! Best Friends Sanctuary now has another option to donate ! We are now with VENMO! You asked for it so we listened. You can type into your app Best Friends Sanctuary and select Jamestown location, go to our website bestfriendssanctuary.com and click on the donate button for VENMO. We still have PayPal, check (Best Friends Sanctuary )or cash.

About Best Friends Sanctuary

Best Friends Sanctuary is a small shelter in a rural area of Tennessee that was started in 2001, with a few friends and foster families. We remain a 100% volunteer organization and a no-kill shelter.

The Mission of Best Friends was, and still is, to prevent cruelty and relieve the suffering of animals, educate the community and create a low cost spay/neuter program for those unable to afford the cost of the procedure.

Our goal is to adequately educate our community to accomplish 500 spay/neuters per year for 5 years. With the help of grants, we are on our way to meeting that goal! However, the numbers of unwanted, stray, discarded and breeding animals remains very high in this community.

There is now a shelter location in the town of Jamestown. Best Friends provides shelter, food, daily care, veterinary care, medication and as much attention and love, to our 70 - 80 rescued dogs, as possible!
