Join us for another great adventure in 2021 with our GO BIG Challenge! This park-wide, self-paced event begins on January 1st and is based on the honor system and fully accessible to all visitors. The booklet is filled with a wide variety of challenges that can take you all over the park in search of site specific information. As you work through your favorite challenges, you will earn and collect points. A special 2021 challenge patch will be awarded for participants who earn 100 points. Silver and gold medallions will be awarded for participants who earn 200 and 300 points.
We are proud to announce our theme for this year, Flora & Fauna. During this year’s challenge, while you are exploring, strive to connect with all the plants and animals we all work so hard to protect.
Completed books need to be turned in to Bandy Creek Visitor Center by December 1st. All participants are invited to join us for a GO BIG Celebration on December 11th at 10 am (ET) at the Bandy Creek Visitor Center. Those present will be considered for an award in the following categories: First Person to 100 Points, Most Hiking Miles, Most Equestrian Miles, Most Biking Miles, Most Canine Miles, Most Overall Points: First and Second Place, Youth Award: Most Overall Points, and Most Volunteer Points.
