Well after a long 2.5 years we are officially back! To start I would like to introduce Opal and Onyx. These are my 2 current bucks.

Opal has an absolutely astonishing temperament. He was recently used by a vet tech student for the last part of her exams. It included 3 saline injections, a blood draw and some other thing where he had to swallow something lol this boy didn’t put up a single fuss, he didn’t like being restrained (but who can blame him??) but not once did he try to bite, shy away or really anything.

Onyx also has a great temperament. He is certainly more reserved than his brother but is still confident, happy, and social.

The entire vet staff loved these boys. They were truly incredible. These boys are great and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.

This cutie just wanted to let everyone know that we are still around ❤️ we’ve just had a hard and busy few weeks. We will not have any rats available for at least 6 months. We are not and do not plan to breed to sell for a while. Thank you for understanding. I will continue to post here. There will be plenty of updates posted and I will post once we are ready to begin selling again.

I decided to name my Rattery after the best rat ever, Slate. He sadly passed away August 2019 but he was a sweetheart who would lick your fingers and loved to be petted.

I'm currently working on pet lines but will not be selling any pets for a while. I will sell feeders. I will eventually sell pets but that is a few months away. Babies don't leave me until 8 weeks old.

I am working with a few varieties at the moment and will post a list closer to when I start selling pets.
