2018 — we lost our own dog, Lily, and a year later we lost our cat, Kittie. Thankfully, through hard work we found them both. We learned a lot from those experiences and have been helping people with their lost pets ever since!

2022 — we had a crazy idea and launched the very FIRST company in the country that exclusively helps find lost pets with thermal drones! It all started right here in Jacksonville, Florida. To date, our founders Justin and Erica have played an influential role in nearly 1,000 lost pet cases!

2023 — we founded a national organization with a distinct mission: to revolutionize the way people think about finding lost pets — by using thermal drones!

2025 — to date, we have had over 1,200+ people join our organization to be the lost pet hero in their own community!

We helped get another lost dog home! 🏡 🐕

📣 Attention residents of the North Hampton ⛳️ community in Fernandina Beach / Yulee…

We are actively working a case for this lost pup in your area!

She is a recently adopted rescue. Over the last three days, we have spent several hours consulting the family on her case. Given the circumstances, we immediately determined that she is not eligible for our industry-leading ‘Rescue By Owner’ (RBO) procedure, and instead will require to be rescued via a humane box-trap.

We have received multiple sighting reports in the area over the past several days, and have been mapping her movements.

We believe she is routinely traversing one particular region of the neighborhood, however, she seems to be always on the move!

The family has purchased a trail camera and borrowed a trap from Nassau County Animal Services. With these tools in hand, we are actively assisting the family in their deployment, using our best practice procedures — so we can get this girl home!

That said, we estimate that lost pet cases increase 1,000% on holidays that are celebrated with fireworks! 💥

After being missing for 6 days… we found Cookie! 🍪 🐈‍⬛

She was hiding out in a new construction house at the other end of the block. Whenever anyone approaches the house, she immediately runs up the stairs and into her hiding spot underneath the second floor.

Another late night 🌙 cat search success! 🐈‍⬛

Fez, this indoor-only cat escaped and vanished without a trace for seven days. His family had been tirelessly searching for him each day… and found nothing. And there had been no sightings of him. They feared that their beloved cat may have been taken by a coyote, which have a routine presence in the immediate area. No doubt, there was a lot of pressure to find and rescue him.

Thankfully, after only 32 minutes of beginning our aerial thermal drone search — we found Fez!

He is now back home! 🏡🥰

Happy NEW YEAR!!! 🎊🥳🎉

But before you celebrate… be prepared!

Lost pet cases increase 1,100% during holidays with firework celebrations.

Don’t let your pet become a statistic.

Keep your pets secured at ALL times on New Year’s Eve AND New Year’s Day.

What we’ve observed is that more pets run away on this day from random fireworks popping off in the neighborhood, than during an expected night time show.

The same applies on New Year’s Day when people think the fireworks are over.

Be sure to stay extra vigilant during today and tomorrow.
If you have guests visiting, be sure to have your dog secured (in a quiet, separate room preferably) so they don’t sneak out when someone opens a door.

Keep a collar with your contact info on your dogs, and if they have a GPS tracker or AirTag, make sure it’s charged.

Lastly, if your pet does get out, be sure to contact us right away!

Pippa, the indoor-only cat, escaped and was missing for nearly five days… 🐈‍⬛ 💨 🏡

Her family scoured the neighborhood, day and night, and were unsuccessful in finding her. Given the recent coyote activity in the neighborhood, they began to fear the worst.

After all else failed, they were referred to us by a neighbor. They immediately reached out to us, hoping we could help find some answers.

Within two hours, we found Pippa — nearby and unharmed!

Around midnight, our team received a call requesting for immediate assistance to help search for George, a lost dog that was involved in a car accident earlier in the day. The family had already searched the area for over 12 hours… and began to fear the worst. 😭

We arrived within minutes and began conducting our aerial search using our thermal drone. After three hours of searching 200+ acres of land, we found George immobilized in the woods!

He was immediately rescued and is now back home safe!

Nothing is better than sharing the GPS coordinates of a found pet with their owner. At that very moment you hold the keys 🔑 to making their family whole once again. 🐾 🥰

Last night, we finally had the opportunity to use in practice the new app feature that allows Remote Pilots to quickly share GPS coordinates via QR code. 🌎📍

For those who don’t know the story, we met with DJI Enterprise back in August and requested that they add this feature we designed for this very reason.

It was rolled out a month later! 👏👏👏
