Parrot Rescue looking for someone to volunteer to help with Fundraising. I have no idea how to get help with expenses. I have tried everything I can alone so I def need some help.

So far this is what I have done:

Applied for several Grants and qualified for 1 about 2yrs ago

Post on social media weekly when possible as I currently work 60+ hrs

Posted a ton on Nextdoor but a few people have decided they hate me so they keep flagging all of my posts which gets them deleted and gets me suspended

I have a website up and running

I am on every social media platform out but not all have content just the main ones.

I did start a Youtube channel

I tried posting on Craigslist and even my post to just let people know I take in birds that need homes was removed immediately.

I have reached out to companies like Petco, PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus, Pet Supermarket, Higgins Bird Food and many more to see if anyone wanted to sponsor us and everyone turned me down.

So yeah I am out of ideas... I would love to have some volunteers but since everything is located in my home it makes it hard. I am still waiting on my disability case and hopefully that comes through so I can start having what I need to repair the ceiling in my 2nd building so I can turn it into a bird building once I can afford either another shed or to have a room added onto my house.

Idk what else to do sorry for those who may think Im begging but as a 501c3 I make 0 money helping all these birds and since I am a Sanctuary and not a common Rescue my birds are not adopted out either. I keep them all to ensure they get Vet Care the instant they come into the facility and then I keep up with their annual exams as well as give them vet approved diets and large cages.

All of my enclosures meet the standard needed for each type of bird in them and the majority have more than is needed. I love each and everyone of these birds and they all deserve a wonderful life.
