Terms and conditions By purchasing a reptile from BB's crested geckos you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. Holds- I will only hold a reptile if a deposit has been made. The deposit will need to be 50% of the purchase price. The deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to another reptile. Will not accept deposits on reptiles under 100$ any reptile under 100$ full payment will be requested at time of purchase. All reptiles purchased will be held until shipping weather is acceptable for the species to guarantee reptiles safety. (ex. 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit for geckos) Payment Plans- up to 3 weeks :) Payment plans will be written and agreed upon by both parties. If payment agreement is breached by no contact for either more payment or shipping details for more then two weeks then the reptile will be considered abandoned and will be placed for sale again. Payment will not be refunded for abandoned reptiles. Payment Options- Cash and Pay-pal are the only payment methods accepted at this time. Shipping- Shipping fees will be covered by the buyer. Will not ship unless temperatures are suitable for the selected species of reptile being sold, (ex. Geckos 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit). You must be available to receive the reptile or all health guarantees are voided. Will not ship out of the U.S and will only ship within the 48 states. Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays only. Health Guarantees- You must be available to pick up or receive the reptile and contact me within 10 minutes of pick up if any problems arise to keep health guarantee and you must provide proof of sick or dead reptile by photograph or video. If you miss picking up, receiving the reptile, or do not contact me within the 10 minutes of arrival the health guarantee is voided. Reptiles must be placed in proper caging and proper care and research must be done before purchase. Health guarantee does not cover injuries due to improper care such as burns, dehydration, shedding issues, improper caging etc. also does not cover if passes from improper diet. Guarantee does not cover accidents such as being dropped, bumped, or injury from other animals for ex. Cats, dogs, other herps etc. Guarantee does not cover tail dropping. BB's crested geckos inc. is not responsible for delays by the carrier or other issues caused by the carrier. I have the right to deny or terminate sale for any reason and will not be obligated to explain why. I will also have the right to request to see enclosure and ask any questions before shipping to determine that proper research has been done and the reptile will be provided with the proper care.
