Sarah Update!
During her laproscopic surgery last Thrusday, her small intestine was accidentally cut. This allowed everything in her intestines to pour out into her body over the following 30 hours until they did emergency surgery. During that surgery they removed a section of small intestine to repair the damage and had to clean out her entire abdominal cavity. She now has staples from under her breast all the way below her belly button. On the bright side it appeared they caught it before infection showed up. She was only allowed water until yesterday and moving to soft solids today hopefully. If all goes well she may be able to come home by this weekend. Her birthday is Saturday so it would be nice if she got to be home. Poor Sarah has been through it but hopefully on the back side of it with a slow recovery now. I've had a couple of people ask if they can bring meals again. I will be organizing that again so if you are interested just message me and I will let you know dietary restrictions and when she is allowed to eat real food again. Thank you soo much! She has felt the love through all this. She means a lot to a lot of people!
