People often ask, What is the difference between a Cavapoo and a Cavapoo F1b? Well here are the main differences.
- A Cavapoo F1 (what we generally breed) is a mix between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Mini Poodle. A Cavapoo F1b is a mix between a Cavapoo and a Mini Poodle.
- Generally they are around the same weight full grown. An F1b may have longer legs and a skinnier body resembling the body figure of a Poodle more than a Cavalier.
- F1b’s have more Poodle which means they are less likely to shed and more hypo-allergenic. This is perfect for families for severe allergies. (F1’s are still considered non shed and hypo-allergenic but not quite as much as a F1b)
- F1b’s have more Poodle which means they could have a little bit more energy. This is perfect for families who are active and love to bring their pet with them.
- F1b puppies will likely have curlier fur.
