Statement on Ethical Grooming and Community Responsibility
In light of recent news reports involving a local grooming and boarding facility, I want to make something explicitly clear:
I stand firmly against cruelty, negligence, and deception in any form—especially when it endangers animals.
Pet grooming is not just a job for me; it’s a lifelong commitment to the care, safety, and dignity of every animal that passes through my doors.
While I won’t dignify the details with speculation or gossip, I urge pet owners to be cautious, do their research, and trust their instincts. The grooming industry is largely unregulated, which means your voice, your reviews, and your advocacy matter more than ever.
Though I am no longer accepting new clients, I would truly appreciate new reviews from current clients. If you've trusted me with your pets, please consider sharing your honest experience—highlighting the care your animals receive, the relationship we've built, and anything else that speaks to responsible, compassionate grooming.
Raising the bar publicly helps ensure that businesses engaging in cruelty or incompetence can no longer hide behind silence.
