Asking for some patience on replies! I’ve been down today with a migraine, my mountain of a TODO list is mounding! On top of running a business I’ve been busy with kids and their sports and practices. I am ONE person. I am the secretary, the bather, the groomer… But most important of all I am a mother and wife. Some times it takes a few days (or more if I’m being honest) for me to be able to give you my full attention to get you scheduled. I’ve tried to schedule “on the go” and what I have found is I have completely MISSED putting your appointment in the book because I’m trying to do too many things at one time.
There truly are more dogs than groomers in this area it’s very easy to get overwhelmed. One person can only do so much in a day. Many days I go straight from my last pick up to get kids from school trying to fed them a bit to eat before ushering them off to the next event. Just to get back and tidy up the shop for the next days dogs.
