Can you ride horses (in any discipline)? Have you ever wanted to try the sport of polo? We've got you covered, Cornellians! Come to one of our open ride sessions, and potentially be selected to be a First-Year team member on one of the most storied programs in the country! No polo experience is necessary, but we must re-iterate: you must be competent at the walk, trot, and canter. We'll teach you the rest!!! Details below. Note that you must be a registered undergraduate Cornell student taking at least 12 credits to be eligible for a spot on the team.

Day 3 of 7 Days of Giving to Cornell Polo: SHOESSSSS!

"No hoof, no horse", as they say ... shoeing is an integral part of our routine care program for our ponies, and we're thrilled that Certified Journeyman Farrier and Cornell Senior Lecturer in Large Animal Medicine, Steve Kraus, is the best in the business. He keeps our ponies hooves in tip-top shape to enable them to compete at their best, day in and day out! Shoeing all of those ponies on the regular comes at a cost, though, and so won't you help us raise the funds we need to help keep our ponies tootsies shining!?!?

CORNELL POLO FANS! NATIONALS ARE UPON US! In case you missed it, Oxley Equestrian Center and Cornell Polo are hosting the DII National Championships next week, and the Cornell men and women will be competing for the title this year! Come out and support the Red as they try to win it all on their own home turf against some really great competition!

Full schedule below. Cornell plays both it's semi-final games on Friday, 4/11 at 11:30 AM and 2 PM, respectively. We hope to see you there!!!!
