Meet Max 💓
Max is a 4.5 year old, 54 lb tripawd husky mix boy with a calm, sweet personality and a serious love for sniff walks and the outdoors. He’s an independent soul who doesn’t ask for much - just good company, daily exploring, and a cozy spot to decompress after a walk.
He loves getting pets and is happiest lying next to his human after a good adventure. He’s treat-motivated and will reward your patience with quiet, steady loyalty.
He is neutral and easygoing, and does well with other dogs. He’ll occasionally try to engage in play but isn’t quite sure how, and will happily hop around with other dogs. He’s also perfectly happy ignoring dogs who aren’t interested. He can hold his own if a dog gets too rough, so a dog who reads cues and boundaries is the ideal housemate for him. He’s currently being fostered with 2 male dogs, a female dog and 2 tripod cats.
A home with a fenced yard, or a deck where he can get outside and hang out would be ideal. He truly enjoys the outdoors!
🏥 Neutered, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative. Being a tripod, he’ll benefit from joint supplements and maintaining the current weight.
📍 Max is available for adoption in Washington state and British Columbia where our rescue operates, and potentially other nearby area too if it’s the perfect match! 🐾
