What a difference a couple weeks can make.
This momma was found giving birth during a freeze. A farmer rescued her and her only 2 surviving puppies.
She wasn't out of the danger yet because her local shelter had a parvo outbreak and that meant they had no real safe space for her and her pups.
We decided to bring her in to foster and she will now be picked up by a rescue in march!!
Fostering saves lives and can introduce you to a huge range of stories, personalities, and experiences. Please consider speaking to your local shelter or rescue if you have an extra space in your home to temporarily share :)
Fostering does not mean spending more money! A foster is sponsored by whatever rescue or shelter you go through. That means whatever food, medical care, or equipment your need to house a dog is provided by them!
