Pet Friends is a pet-sitting business that takes animal care to another level. Our services include in-home pet care, regular dog walking or exercising, dog behavior training and more. Our entire goal is based on the idea that we can enhance the lives of pets. Our unique "Dog Therapy" improves the mental health and happiness of the dogs through mental and physical exercise and socialization. As th

e owner of Pet Friends, I have been pet sitting and dog walking in the Iowa City area since 1999. Since I began, I have become the very best friend of all of my canine clients outside of their households. All of my dog-owning clients have been astonished at my ability to enhance their lives and their beloved pet's lives through my work. 90% of my business has come through word of mouth. Now that I have a team of dog walkers and care-takers that are equally enthusiastic about enhancing the quality of life of all dogs, we have gone online. Plans have begun to open a kennel-free dog-boarding "Club" in the middle of Iowa City within the next two years.
