We are so excited to shout out two more amazing women at Palatine Park District! Toni, our Horse Trainer and Palatine Stables Barn Manager and Anna, our Assistant Trainer and Barn Manger.

Here they are, with Piper at a horse show at World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, Ohio this week! Toni was also recently recognized as 2021's Horse Person of the Year by NIHJA!

Congratulations to our very own, Anna Van Gilder! 🏆🐎

Anna, aboard 'Piper' won the $1500 Silverwood Farm Hunter Derby with first round score of 86 and second round score of 92, the Hunter Derby was held on Sunday morning in the Grand Prix ring at the NIHJA Finals Horse Show held at Lamplight Equestrian Center in Wayne, IL.
