The Noodle Group We have been passionately keeping ball pythons since 2015, and started our breeding venture in 2021.

The difference one gene can make is incredible. 👀

Today we're putting the recently shared Special Spotnose Clown side-by-side with a Special Spotnose Yellow Belly Clown, and it's a perfect example of how adding just one additional gene can completely transform the overall look. The Yellow Belly influence takes the already impressive color palette created by Special and pushes it to another level.

This is exactly why we believe Special is one of the most underrated and underutilized genes in ball python breeding. It has the ability to elevate a project without stealing the show, making it an incredible building block for future generations.

Meet Drax. 🔥

Some ball pythons look impressive... and then there are animals that completely change what's possible in a breeding project.

Drax is our Orange Dream Yellow Belly Red Stripe Batman (Leopard Spotnose Clown), and he's loaded with genes that can create incredible visual diversity in every clutch. From cleaner patterns to richer color and unexpected combinations, this is the kind of male that makes every pairing exciting.

He's more than just a beautiful snake—he's a cornerstone for the future of our Clown projects, and we can't wait to see what he produces over the coming seasons.

👇 If you could pair Drax to any female, what would your dream pairing be? Let us know in the comments!

Follow along as we document his journey and the next generation of animals he'll help create. 🐍🔥

🚨 We NEVER show off new pickups before quarantine... but this guy changed the rules.

Meet the newest powerhouse joining The Noodle Group:

🔥 Grim Red Stripe Stranger Clown het Hypo 🔥

The color. The pattern. The genetic potential. We couldn't wait months to share him with you... so we added a second lightbox to our quarantine area just so we could properly show him off.

He's exactly the kind of foundational male we build projects around, and we're beyond excited to see what he'll produce in our Hypo Clown and Grim Reaper projects in the years ahead.

That said, genetics never come before husbandry.
Every new arrival—no matter how special—goes through the exact same rigorous quarantine protocol before ever entering our main collection or breeding rotation. Great collections are built on patience, consistency, and biosecurity.

👇 If this boy had a name, what would you call him? Drop your best suggestion below.

Follow along as we document his journey from quarantine to future powerhouse producer. The best is still to come.
