In 1957, Jack Habluetzel opened a tiny veterinary clinic on Tiner Lane in Ingleside Texas. He ran that clinic for most of the next decades until around 1988 when it was purchased by Terry Hicks and then again in 1993 when it was purchased by Rickey Broussard .

A neighbor of the practice on Tiner Lane, brought in this bell today and the reason she brought it in, she found it at a resale shop and inside the bell is a tag from 1977 from Ingleside Animal Hospital owned by Dr. H himself.

We don’t know who made it, we don’t know why, but it was likely owned by Jack and Barbara who resided next-door to the clinic on Tiner Lane for many decades.

Everybody knows that Jack liked Bells and he collected these giant bells, one of which was at the door of the clinic and if a client needed him, they were instructed to ring the bell.

This sounds like something right out of a Norman Rockwell painting. If anyone knows the story of this Bell , please tell us the Andy Rooney rest of the story!

We have some pretty strange clients, and this Client and his favorite dog take mud baths together! Well, part of that story is true, the dog gets bathed with a mud bath product, but since the owner told me about it, I had to ask AI to put them both in the mud bath together!

Now he and his best buddy are in a photograph, taking a mud bath together!
