Spring is right around the corner and we have a few equines looking for their forever home. Sarah is our mini mule and the
Bigger donkeys are Jenny’s and the dark brown donkey is a Jack Which is gelded.

Great news! After almost a year we finally got enough donations to get another horse trailer. It is used but in great condition. Thank you everyone that sent donations and especially Janet Tuttle that was our first donation That started the ball rolling.

Thank you so much to everyone that showed up to the benefit supper at Root Down Maket to support Double B Equine Rescue and Also to the people that sent donations by mail and came to the Rescue. Also want to give a big thank you to Root Down Market for letting us hold it there and the bands for their wonderful music and all that donated items for the auctions.

A huge thank you to Ben Below for his hard work in putting all this together for the Rescue. It would not have happened without you.

We are very happy to be helping a local shelter in Vassalboro (Miracle LaneFarm and Sanctuary) try and find some loving homes for their many rescues. We will be posting some of their pictures once in awhile on our page.
