Paws Fur Recovery is incredibly thankful for our partnership with Rescue Adoption in Fort Pierce. Their team shares the same passion we do for helping rescue dogs find loving homes, and their support has helped countless dogs in our care.

From sharing our adoptable dogs and providing medications to supplying photo backdrops, bows, costumes, and other items that help our pups shine, Rescue Adoption goes above and beyond for homeless animals.

As a low-cost walk-in veterinary clinic serving the Treasure Coast, they are also making quality pet care more accessible for local families.

Watching Pierre, Asher, Riley, and Athena run, wrestle, chase each other, and simply enjoy being dogs is what rescue is all about. ❤️🐾

These moments may seem simple, but for rescue dogs, they mean everything. Playtime gives them the chance to build confidence, learn social skills, burn off energy, and most importantly — just be happy. Seeing them interact, make friends, and have a blast together reminds us why we fight so hard for every single dog that comes through our doors.

🎉 Happy 1st Birthday to Asher 🎉

Today should have been filled with birthday mornings in a loving home, toys scattered across the floor, and cuddles from his forever family. Instead, sweet Asher has spent most of his first year growing up in rescue. 💔

Asher came to us with 5 siblings, and while every one of them has found their forever homes, this handsome boy is still waiting for his turn.

So today, we made sure his birthday was special. 🐾❤️
Asher got his very own trip for a pup cup, and he absolutely loved every second of it! He was so well behaved in the car, soaking up the adventure and attention like the good boy he is.

After his pup cup adventure, Asher was spoiled with extra pets, belly rubs, and lots of love from our awesome volunteer, LuLu, who helped make his birthday extra special. 🥹❤️

This sweet boy loves belly rubs, playtime with his rescue buddies, and being around people. He has so much love to give and deserves to spend the rest of his birthdays in a home filled with love, comfort, and family.
