Crysta is a 3ish year old girl who weighs under 30lbs - a small bouncy terrier mix lady. She was treated for heartworms and is fully vetted / ready to find her forever people! She loves to run around the yard and jump into bed to snuggle when she's tired. She's great in the car and hasn't had any accidents in her foster home. We haven't seen her with cats yet but would be happy to test at a meet. Her adoption fee is $250 - apply at www.foreverhomedogs.org to schedule a visit!

Millie is spending some extra time in the sunshine today! She's been with us for 7 months with no applications and would love to find her people soon! She's a 7 year old 50ish lb terrier mix, fully house/crate trained and loves car rides and walks the most. She has done well with dogs one on one with proper introductions but also would be great as a solo pup. She's also done well with kiddos at events. She's the perfect size and age for a nice house companion, and her adoption fee is sponsored ❤️ if interested in meeting this sweet girl, please apply at www.foreverhomedogs.org and we will reach out to get something scheduled. Please share if you can! She deserves a home for the holidays 🐶

Fosters Save Lives!

A Foster Dog Poem
by Diane Morgan

I am the bridge
Between what was and what can be.
I am the pathway to a new life.

I am made of mush,
Because my heart melted when I saw you,
Matted and sore, limping, depressed,
Lonely, unwanted, afraid to love.

For one little time you are mine.
I will feed you with my own hand
I will love you with my whole heart
I will make you whole.
I am made of steel.

Because when the time comes,
When you are well, and sleek,
When your eyes shine,
And your tail wags with joy
Then comes the hard part.

I will let you go -- not without a tear,
But without a regret.
For you are safe forever—
A new dog needs me now

Penny is a sweet, smart, high energy girl who absolutely loves people! She is the kind of pup who wants to be right in the middle of whatever you are doing and is always ready for her next adventure.

One of Pennys best qualities is how quickly she settles into her kennel. She does very well with kennel training, settles down nicely, and even sleeps through the entire night without any accidents! She is also potty trained and doing great with her routine, making her transition into her forever home that much easier.

Penny is incredibly smart and would thrive with a family who enjoys keeping her busy, whether that is walks, playtime, training, or enrichment activities. She has plenty of typical puppy energy, so an active home would be a great fit for her.

Please fill out the application on our website if you are interested in meeting Penny. www.foreverhomedogs.org

Winnie is a 1-2 year old 30ish lb low-rider (maybe corgi, terrier, smaller breeds of some kind) who is sweet as can be and always ready to be part of the action! This active girl loves being involved in everything her people are doing and would thrive with a family that enjoys keeping her busy and included. Winnie is taking to leash training and basic manners really well. She’s a quick learner and eager to please, making her a fun pup to continue training with. She does have a bit of a herding instinct, so an experienced family or a home with older kids would be the best fit for her. If you’re looking for a sweet, active companion who wants to be your sidekick for all of life’s adventures, Winnie might just be your girl! Her adoption fee is $250 and covers all vetting. Apply at www.foreverhomedogs.org to meet her!
