Our sweet albino Skunk, Apollo, will be 10 years old on 4 July. Their life expectancy is estimated at 8-10 years. Apollo has started to decline and won’t be with us much longer, so we feed him lots of snacks and give him lots of love. ❤️

Bless his heart…watching him try to get that itch with his little nubins 😂

Khan and Sorren, our non-releasable Great Horned Owls. 🦉 ❤️

*this is their temporary enclosure until their outside one is complete.

After an exhausting day of doing nothing, it’s time for a nap by the pool. ❤️

Bored teenagers needed!! 🙌

Update: we had some great help today and got the gravel moved. If you’re interested in volunteering once the next batch of enclosures are ready, please send us a direct message or text us at 405-209-9272! Thank you!! 🙌

Volunteers needed!! We’re looking for volunteers to help move 10 TONS of pea gravel into our owl and mink enclosures.

Is your teenager already complaining about being bored this summer?

Tired of hearing:
“There’s nothing to do.”
“I’m soooo bored.”
“This summer is boring.”

We can help!! They can volunteer with us and we will turn “I’m bored” into “My arms are sore. 😆

Your teenager will enjoy:
✅ Fresh air
✅ Exercise
✅ Teamwork
✅ The satisfaction of a hard day’s work
✅ Having absolutely no time left to complain about being bored

Bonus: They’ll get to help improve the homes of some very appreciative owls and mink.

If you have a strong back, a wheelbarrow-pushing enthusiast, or a teenager in desperate need of an activity, we’d love your help!

This sweet boy is currently on his way to join our family. He was donated by another facility as a companion for the rescued Red Fox we’re taking in from Alaska. This cutie is a tripod, so we named him Tripoli. It’s so great when facilities work together to ensure animals are safe and happy. 🦊 ❤️

We want of offer a HUGE thank you to Delanie's Lemonade Stand and Cafe Delanie for raising $1952 last month to help us with our move from Florida to Oklahoma! By the time she was 11 years old, Delanie had already raised over $60K for pet rescues and sanctuaries across the state. We can’t wait to continue watching her grow and make a positive impact on animals in need. Check out her page and go eat at the restaurant if you’re in the area. ❤️🙏

ABOUT US: We are a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to providing sanctuary to captive bred exotic animals and non-releasable wildlife. We have been open to the public, for nearly 7 years, FREE OF CHARGE; we just ask visitors to bring a donation to benefit the animals. As long as people continue to donate, we can continue offering this opportunity for families to enjoy a fun day meeting wonderful and unique animals. We will open here in Oklahoma as soon as the enclosures are finished.

HOW YOU CAN HELP: we always need meat, fruits, vegetables, toys, cleaning supplies, skilled labor, etc. You can also donate by sending items from our Amazon Wish List, becoming a monthly sponsor, subscribing to our page, etc. There are so many ways to contribute.
