This isn’t your typical obedience training. But I can definitely help with that. This is dog psychology based training for humans. I teach humans to speak dog in a way a dog instinctually understands. The focus is on kind, calm, confident leadership and helping the dog and the human communicate better to create a harmonious household, peaceful walks & enjoyable public outings.
I can help with unwanted behaviors like separation & general anxiety, leash pulling, reactivity, obsessive barking/whining, resource guarding, not listening/“stubbornness”, counter surfing, jumping up, rude behavior, place/crate training, help with fearful dogs or your new puppy, and helping you select the proper tool to walk your dog.
I help humans better understand their dogs actual needs and interpret their behavior. I focus on how our well intended behavior and actions are making their behavior and actions worse.
I can teach you how to achieve the level of success with your dogs, like I did with mine and all the dogs I walk.
It doesn’t matter what breed or age. I can help you with any dog. (Non-aggressive). The hardest breed to train is human, but I that is my area of expertise.
Dogs weren’t designed to live as a human. They are dogs and should be respected & treated as the species they are. Otherwise, it causes confusion & behavioral issues. There is no secret sauce to pour over your dog to “fix it”. I pour the secret sauce over the human.
Trust, Respect & Love builds these beautiful relationships. We all have the love part down. Most of us have earned their trust. What’s missing is the respect. I can train you into becoming the person that your dog sees as worthy of listening to.
We have an obedient 90 pound reactive Shepherd Rottweiler who wanted to pull, lunge, rage and kill everything. If I can get her to follow behind me 12 feet and stop when I stop… trust me, I can help you with your dog, IF YOU are willing to put in the hard work.
