Parafilm is the bees knees! It’s so clean and it seals to itself incredibly well. This is a fresh tinctorius dart frog tank, so the screen needed a wrap. I’ve never used parafilm for this before, but now I’m never using anything else! I’m also looking forward to building this tank up more!

I’ve been working on making what I call “Black Gold flake soil”, in a manner that breaks all of the rules and standards. There is no wood/fuel pellets in this. It is truly 100% leaf chop/powder that has been fermented for 3 months indoors with other organic catalysts. I haven’t tried it just yet myself, but I am very, very excited to!

Friendly reminder that I ban/block anyone and everyone who advertised that they vend at Ron Billingsleys expos. It doesn’t matter which show of his.

Anyone who can be comfortable paying a man like Dr. death does not give a flying f*ck about animal welfare, and I will die on this hill.

Supporting a man who throws snakes into snow piles to shock them into submission AND slides dead reptiles across his tables at the shows he promotes will *never* be a good look. This has been going on since the 80s.

Sincerely, a concerned Hoosier that has personally called DNR on Dr. Death and will 1,000% do it again.

And for the record, Brian Hahn and the Midwest reptile expo is no better.

Anyone that runs a feeder rat company and finds the time to euthanize stray cats as food for snakes is a deplorable POS that isn’t worth supporting.

I will never stop speaking up about the horrific actions of these individuals. The public deserves to know exactly who they are.
